We approve walk/visit bookings the day before. Any requests made after the schedule is made incurs a $10 Late Fee in addition to regular fee. You can edit or cancel your appt on your end up until 11 am the day prior to appt. If you have any questions, please contact Lindsey at 516-778-4899 or

If you need to cancel a visit for any reason, it must be BEFORE 11 am the day prior to the scheduled appt time. You can edit or cancel on your end up until that time. We DO NOT accept emailed cancellations. Failure to cancel prior to 11 am the day prior to the visit will result in you being charged full price for the service you requested.
